Our processing of your personal data

We process personal data provided by you in order to fulfill our contractual obligations to you

with references to the defined task you ask us to do. Collection of personal data happens when you shop in our webshop, subscribe to our newsletter, browse on our site, or when you participate in activities on our website.


The personal data we collect is typical:

- Name, address, phone number, email address, VAT no.

- Customer/supplier relationship


We only process your personal data if there is a legal basis for doing so. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is found in Article 6, Subparagraph 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Deadlines for deletion/ storage

We strive to delete (or anonymize) personal information when it no longer has any relevance. However, we always keep them for at least 5 years referring to the Danish accounting law.

We regularly review compliance with our privacy policy. We have implemented safeguards to ensure that our internal procedures meet our high-security standards. In this way, we strive to protect the quality and integrity of your personal information to the best of our ability.


When we receive formal written complaints, we contact the sender to follow up on the complaint. We cooperate with the relevant legislative authorities, e.g. The Data Inspectorate, to resolve complaints about the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve directly with our users.
